Description

Cerixen 150 mg (Ceritinib INN) – Everest Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Targeted ALK Inhibitor for Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

📌 Indications:

Cerixen® 150 mg is indicated for:

  • ALK-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
  • Patients with disease progression following crizotinib treatment
  • First-line treatment of ALK-positive advanced NSCLC

💊 Pharmacology:

Ceritinib is a highly selective ALK tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It blocks the activity of ALK fusion proteins responsible for uncontrolled cell growth and proliferation. By inhibiting ALK signaling pathways, Cerixen® suppresses tumor progression and induces cancer cell death.
