Nilotinib (Nilonix) is a cancer medicine that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body. Nilotinib is used to treat a type of blood cancer called Philadelphia chromosome positive chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in adults and children who are at least 1 year old. Nilotinib is usually given after other medications have been tried without success.
